We are a Self Performing GC Company that specializes in Residential and Agricultural Construction. We primarily focus on Custom Homes, and primarily deliver these homes through Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build strategies

 

Our Backstory

 

Holden Homes and Holden Concrete Construction are companies owned by father and son. Jay Holden started Holden Concrete Construction in 2005. He built his business on pouring any and all kinds of concrete, from flatwork to decorative concrete and from poured walls to footers. His son Levi Holden worked for him all throughout high school. By the time Levi started working for him Jay started slowing down on the concrete work, and tried to focus more on his love of farming. Through this time they ended up building a couple houses and barns. Levi enjoyed this kind of work and found it as a way for him and his dad to stay in the construction industry without pouring concrete everyday. So, Levi went to college at Cincinnati State and got an associates in Construction Management, and Architecture. He continued to work for his dad all through college and then started Holden Homes & Design in 2025. With the hope of being a one stop shop for Residential and Agricultural Construction.

For this reason most calls related to concrete jobs will get turned down. We do still take care of all the concrete work in the houses we build, and will occasionally do concrete jobs for people we know or in slow home building seasons. So it never hurts to ask, but respect our decision to deny bidding a project.
